This may be the best Tzatziki you’ve ever tasted, it’s zingy and fresh making it perfect for summer!
It’s so versatile - use it as a dip, salad dressing and for BBQs.
150g St Helen’s Farm Natural Goats Milk Yogurt
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Grate the cucumber on the large holes of a box grater. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible over the sink to make sure the Tzatziki will be creamy and not watery.
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste and garnish with fresh dill.
You can have it as a dip with vegetables, with bread, and it’s great for BBQ. Enjoy!
