Fig with Goats’ Cheese and Serrano Ham
An easy and elegant appetiser that will certainly wow your guests. And you’ll only need three ingredients to create this beautiful combination.
80g St Helen’s Farm Goats’ Cheese
Salt and pepper
8 slices Serrano ham
Pre-heat the oven to 200˚C/Fan 180˚C/Gas 6.
Cut goats’ cheese into small pieces.
Cut off the stems of the figs and make an X cut in the top of each fig half way through.
Place them onto a baking tray and fill them with the goats’ cheese.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes in the oven.
Remove from the oven and wrap each with a slice of Serrano ham to keep them in position.
