Goats’ Cheese Bruschetta
This Goats’ Cheese and Tomato Bruschetta is an incredibly easy to make recipe. They’re a delightful canapés or the perfect appetizer to serve at your Christmas party. The natural flavour of these 5 simple ingredients really sings.
½ French stick
3 tbsp olive oil
130g St Helen’s Farm Goats’ Cheese
Pre-heat the oven to 200˚C/Fan 180˚C/Gas 6.
Slice the French stick and place the slices onto the baking tray.
Drizzle each slice with olive oil and bake them for about 8 minutes until lightly browned.
Cut the goats’ cheese and tomatoes into small cubes, mix them together and place the mix on top of the toasted bread.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
