Over-night oats with energy-releasing minerals!
Perfect for breakfast on the go or in a hurry.
450g St Helen's Farm Natural Yogurt
200g porridge oats
Rind and juice of 1 orange
1 green apple (grated)
1 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional - nuts, seeds, dried fruit
Mix all ingredients together well, cover and chill for at least 6 hours.
Serve topped with your favourite fruit and nut mix.
(Will keep for up to 3 days if left covered in fridge, or freeze portions for another time)
